Your responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Phone and email technical support for key customers, in line with the company\u2019s standards<\/li>\n
  • Supporting the setup of new clients and new modules of existing clients<\/li>\n
  • Understanding our customers\u2019 technical issues and finding solutions<\/li>\n
  • Continuous communication with product development team about new requests from the clients<\/li>\n
  • Continuous communication with regional system engineers and customer service team<\/li>\n
  • Provide online training to clients\u2019 key users<\/li>\n
  • Working with internal ticketing system for both client issues and internal tasks<\/li>\n
  • Constantly learning about new features and possibilities of BauApp solution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Our requirements<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Higher education (IT or technical studies are welcome)<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer service<\/li>\n
    • Great communication and listening skills and ability to identify of customers\u2019 challenges<\/li>\n
    • Ability to build long-term relationships with the client<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work in an international and dynamic team<\/li>\n
    • Independence in action and very good organization of work<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to learn and willingness for long-term development within the organization<\/li>\n
    • Love for technology and innovation<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel on business \u2013 remote work from Budapest about 20% of the time<\/li>\n
    • Expert knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n
    • Very good command of the English language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Experience working with IT systems, ERP systems is an advantage<\/li>\n
      • Experience working in construction is an advantage<\/li>\n
      • International work experience is a huge plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
