Your responsibilities
- Administrative tasks: invoicing, contracting, collecting and maintaining documents
- Budgeting and controlling
- Keeping contact with the bookkeeper company
- Supporting the organization by providing a well functioning office
Our requirements
- Higher education (business or finance studies are welcome),
- Expert knowledge of Excel
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in finance and administration
- Deep and thorough understanding of finance and accounting
- Basic legal knowledge
- Ability to work in an international and dynamic team,
- Independence in action and very good organization of work,
- Willingness to learn and willingness for long-term development within the organization,
- Willingness to travel on business – remote work from Budapest about 20% of the time,
- Very good command of the English language
- Native Polish language is a must.
- Need to work / live in Warsaw
- We can accept only English language applications
Optional
- experience in Jira ticketing
- customer service or support experience
- experience from international work environment is huge advantage.
