Part time Finance and Administration Coordinator

Your responsibilities
- Administrative tasks: invoicing, contracting, collecting and maintaining documents
- Budgeting and controlling
- Keeping contact with the bookkeeper company
- Supporting the organization by providing a well functioning office
- Higher education (business or finance studies are welcome),
- Expert knowledge of Excel
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in finance and administration
- Deep and thorough understanding of finance and accounting
- Basic legal knowledge
- Ability to work in an international and dynamic team,
- Independence in action and very good organization of work,
- Willingness to learn and willingness for long-term development within the organization,
- Willingness to travel on business - remote work from Budapest about 20% of the time,
- Very good command of the English language
- Native Polish language is a must.
- Need to work / live in Warsaw
- We can accept only English language applications
- experience in Jira ticketing
- customer service or support experience
- experience from international work environment is huge advantage.

Customer Service Specialist

Your responsibilities
- Phone and email technical support for key customers, in line with the company's standards
- Supporting the setup of new clients and new modules of existing clients
- Understanding our customers' technical issues and finding solutions
- Continuous communication with product development team about new requests from the clients
- Continuous communication with regional system engineers and customer service team
- Provide online training to clients' key users
- Working with internal ticketing system for both client issues and internal tasks
- Constantly learning about new features and possibilities of BauApp solution
Our requirements
- Higher education (IT or technical studies are welcome)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer service
- Great communication and listening skills and ability to identify of customers' challenges
- Ability to build long-term relationships with the client
- Ability to work in an international and dynamic team
- Independence in action and very good organization of work
- Willingness to learn and willingness for long-term development within the organization
- Love for technology and innovation
- Willingness to travel on business - remote work from Budapest about 20% of the time
- Expert knowledge of MS Office
- Very good command of the English language
Optional
- Experience working with IT systems, ERP systems is an advantage
- Experience working in construction is an advantage
- International work experience is a huge plus
